This is a video of the 39 second _.m4r ringtone for the iPhone. To install to your iPhone, download it and double click on it. It will bring up iTunes and install as a ringtone. Then, simply sync your iPhone.
The MP3 version is for all other phones that support MP3 ringtones. A 59 second version is also available and was actually the original version but iPhones AFAIK can only go up to 40 seconds.

Tutorial: Free Ringtones for iPhone and more
This is probably the easiest way to get a ringtone for an iPhone. You don't have to change the file type, download software that might give you viruses, etc.
